Dear Friends,
Cordial greetings from all the children at Ashalayam.
The long awaited monsoon rains have been comforting and soothing for all of us who have endured the scorching heat wave of summer for the past few months.
During this month we have been able to analize the college admissions of our children who had passed Class XII examinations. There were di”culties and problems, but the grace of God has helped us to overcome everything to the best interest of the students.
This month the presence of volunteers and friends from Belgium has made a difference in the lives of the children.
We are grateful to them for their cordiality, interest and concern for their welfare of everyone at Ashalayam.
Ms. Edna Jose, who has been with us for the past two years, has gone back to Kerala to be a faculty member in Don Bosco College, Anggadikadav.
The newsletter is one of her initiatives and we are grateful to her for the valuable contributions and the dedicated services rendered for the welfare of our children.
Mr. Vibin Jose has taken her place to continue the work and we wish him an enjoyable and fruitful stay with us.
May God bless you.
With warm regards,
Father George Nadackal (Director)
